These Terms govern your enrollment, access, and participation in any course offered by Trionova Technologies. By enrolling in or accessing a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not enroll or access the course. Trionova reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Learners are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
1. Eligibility and Learner Responsibilities
- Learners must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of enrollment.
- Learners are responsible for all activities conducted under their enrolled account or learner profile.
- You agree to follow all course guidelines, schedules, and instructions communicated by Trionova.
- Any unlawful, unethical, disruptive, or fraudulent behavior may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
2. Course Access and Conduct
- Courses are intended for individual learning and skill development. Learners must maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout the duration of the course.
- Trionova reserves the right to modify the course format, schedule, curriculum, instructors, or delivery method at any time without prior notice.
- Course access credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared with or transferred to any other individual.
- Failure to comply with course instructions or submission deadlines may result in loss of access or certification eligibility at Trionova’s discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, videos, assessments, and resources provided by Trionova are the exclusive intellectual property of Trionova Technologies Pvt Ltd.
- Learners are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any course material in any form without prior written consent from Trionova.
- By enrolling, you agree that any feedback, reviews, or submissions provided during the course may be used by Trionova for internal improvement or promotional purposes.
4. Use of Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Certain courses may recommend or require the use of third-party tools, platforms, or software. Learners must comply with the respective providers’ terms and conditions. Trionova is not responsible for any restrictions, failures, charges, or issues arising from the use of such third-party services.
5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
- Learners agree to pay all applicable course fees at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-transferable and non-adjustable toward other courses unless explicitly communicated by Trionova.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be handled strictly in accordance with the Course Cancellation & Refund Policy published by Trionova Technologies.
- Failure to submit refund requests within the stated timelines will result in automatic forfeiture of the claim.
- Trionova reserves the right to revise course pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect already confirmed enrollments.
6. Termination of Course Access
Trionova reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke a learner’s course access for any of the following:
- Violation of these Terms or Trionova’s course guidelines
- Sharing of course credentials or content with unauthorized individuals
- Misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior toward instructors or fellow learners
- Providing false enrollment information
- Non-payment or payment disputes raised in bad faith
No refund will be issued in the event of access termination due to any of the above reasons.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Courses and related materials are provided on an “as-is” basis. Trionova does not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or results from course completion.
- Trionova is not liable for technical issues, internet failures, device incompatibility, or any learner-side problems that affect course access or progress.
- In no event shall Trionova be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from enrollment or participation in any course.
- Trionova is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
8. Certification and Completion
- Certificates of completion will be issued solely at Trionova’s discretion, subject to the learner fulfilling all course requirements including attendance, assessments, and any other criteria specified by Trionova.
- Trionova reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or invalidate any certificate in cases of policy violation, misconduct, or fraudulent activity.
- Certificates issued by Trionova are for educational recognition purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of employment or professional certification.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with these Terms or a learner’s enrollment shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
